Te Pi’ipi’inga Kākano Mai i Rangiātea is a co‑educational kura kaupapa Māori in Spotswood, New Plymouth, offering Māori‑medium education from Years 1–13 rooted in te reo Māori, tikanga and the principles of Te Aho Matua. The kura nurtures students’ identity, language and cultural heritage while building confidence and connection to Taranaki iwi aspirations. Learning is underpinned by whanaungatanga and manaakitanga, with strong whānau involvement and opportunities to engage in local cultural and community activities. TPKMIR supports learners to be proud, capable rangatahi who contribute to their whānau and wider world.
