8:45-9am Schools Arrive and Set Up

9.15am Managers Briefing 

9:20am Students Briefing

9:30am Events Begin 

1:15pm – 1:45pm Lunch Break 

3.45pm – Approximate Finish Time 

*All schools must provide TWO helpers on the day

Gear Needed:

Students in school sports uniform

First aid kit (incl. ice or ice spray)

Spikes for track 

Suitable covered shoes for events 

Sunblock / sun hat 

Plenty of food and water 

Rules for the Day:

Mix with other schools and have fun
